Saracens will face Clermont, Munster and Sale Sharks in the group stages of the European Champions Cup next term.
Mark McCall's side thrashed Clermont 46-6 to reach the final of last season's Heineken Cup tournament before losing the final against a Jonny Wilkinson-inspired Toulon at the end of May.
Director of rugby McCall is also a former Munster coach, with the Pro 12 side beaten semi-finalists in the Heineken Cup last term, losing out to eventual winners Toulon in France.
Premiership side Sale have earned a place in the European Champions Cup by finishing sixth last term.
The 2014/15 season will be the European Champions Cup's inaugural season, replacing the Heineken Cup as European rugby's premier competition.
