Barnet winger Keanu Marsh-Brown has earned his first senior international call-up after being selected by Antigua and Barbuda as part of their 2018 World Cup preparations.
The 22-year-old has previously been capped by Paul Fairclough’s England ‘C’ side and won international honours with the England Under-17 and Under-18 sides in his youth.
Marsh-Brown tweeted a picture of a letter from his Twitter account requesting he be released by The Bees to join up with the Antigua & Barbuda squad between March 22 and April 1.
The Caribbean side are ranked in the third tier of the CONCACAF nations and as such, will begin qualification for the 2018 World Cup in Russia in June.
Antigua & Barbuda will host St Lucia in the second round first leg on June 7 before playing the return leg on June 15.
The former Arsenal and Fulham youngster has made just 11 appearances for Barnet this season, scoring twice.
