London Bees have slipped to the foot of the Women's Super League Two standings after a chastening 5-1 loss at league-leaders Doncaster Belles.
Four second-half goals and three in just 11 minutes were enough to unravel Julian Broomes' side, who had been drawing 1-1 at half time.
Braces for Bethany England and Rhiannon Roberts were added to by a single Sue Smith strike. Ashleigh Goddard had levelled for the Bees before half-time with a stunning left-footed volley to open her account for the club in style.
The Bees will continue their search for a first win of the season at Oxford United Women on Sunday.
