Barnet Lawn Tennis Club are holding a third open day this Saturday following the success of the two previous events.
A 'Try Tennis for Free' initiative has been arranged to encourage more midweek members to sign up and players should arrive between 2-4pm at Gloucester Road.
Press and publicity officer Colin Fenn said: "There are special, cheaper rates for people who play in the daytime and there is always court availability.
"This could appeal to mums who are around in the daytime or pensioners and semi-retired people."
Rackets will be provided to those in need of one and children can take part in special coaching sessions, with prizes to be won.
