Barnet will travel to League One outfit Millwall in the first round of the League Cup after returning to the Football League.
The first-round draw took place this morning, with Martin Allen's men handed a tough trip to newly relegated Millwall.
Fixtures are scheduled to take place during the week beginning Monday, August 10.
The two sides have only met in competitive action once - in the Football League Trophy in 2009, the Bees running out 2-0 winners at Underhill thanks to goals from Jake Hyde and Ismail Yakubu.

Owing to relegation into the Conference, Barnet's last League Cup involvement came in August 2012, when they lost 5-1 at Birmingham City in Mark Robson's first game in charge of the club.
Jon Nurse put the Bees in front before Marlon King, Steven Caldwell, Darren Ambrose, Peter Lovenkrands and Wade Elliott killed off any thoughts of a giant killing at St Andrews.
