Saracens will face Ulster for the third time in as many years after being drawn together in Pool 1 of the Champions Cup.
The Men in Black will also face Top 14 sides Toulouse and Oyonnax following Wednesday's draw for the pool stage of the competition.
Mark McCall's most recently beat Ulster 17-15 in the quarter-finals of the 2013/14 Heineken Cup - before going on to lose to Toulon in the final.
Sarries also faced the Irish outfit in 2013, 2005 and 2000. Toulouse finished ahead of the Wolf Pack in the Heineken Cup pool stage in 2013/14 and were 17-16 winners at Wembley Stadium in round two.
