Saracens will kick off the defence of their Aviva Premiership Rugby title hosting Worcester Warriors on Saturday, September 3.
Sarries take part in the London Double Header with Harlequins hosting Bristol Rugby with both games being live on BT Sport.
Their next home game comes on Saturday, September 17 against Southampton Saints.
This comes after their away trip to Exeter Chiefs on Sunday, September 11.
In their final game of the season, Sarries face London Wasps away at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday, May 6.
The Aviva Premiership will also be staging a number of games away from the traditional home venues throughout the season with both Harlequins and Bath Rugby staging matches at Twickenham Stadium.
Saracens will be playing these matches at Wembley Stadium.
The Anglo-Welsh Cup will return for the 2016/17 season kicking off on the weekend Friday, November 4.
The pools and fixtures for the new cup will be announced later in July.
