Barnet defender Bondz N'Gala has made a surprise departure to sign for Eastleigh for an undisclosed fee.
The 27-year-old made 14 appearances for the Bees this season, but has been deemed surplus to requirements at The Hive as he drops down to the National League side for an undisclosed fee.
N'Gala, who came through the youth academy at West Ham, signed a new one-year deal at the club in the summer after making 39 league starts last campaign, as well as 43 as they picked up the National League trophy the previous year.
N'Gala and Luke Gambin celebrate the Bees' National League title last year.
He had started nine league games for the Bees this season, including their 0-0 draw with Crewe Alexandra on Saturday.
