Barnet will go into the new season full of much hope.
The Bees rounded off their pre-season campaign with an impressive 3-2 win over Championship side Watford on Saturday.
The hosts, who have already given Arsenal and Leeds United a good run-out, fully deserved the win.
Adam Birchall struck just before half-time, before sub Karim Rouani doubled the advantage just after the interval.
Watford pulled one back 15 minutes from time through Jon Harley, but Luke Medley soon hit a third to make it five pre-season goals for him.
Danny Shittu grabbed a second for Watford late on, but Barnet held on to claim a notable scalp.
The Bees begin their League Two campaign with a home clash against Chesterfield on Saturday.
