Barnet boss Ian Hendon said he did not do anything wrong when he was sent off against Accrington yesterday.
Hendon was told to leave the dugout area by the referee after the visitors had scored their late winner.
But Hendon said all he did was leave the technical area to stop one of his players from complaining to the linesman.
It was a disappointing afternoon for the Bees.
Hendon added: "The players should be very down after that second-half performance. It's not acceptable."
