Barnet will receive £150,000 in compensation from Bristol City for the services of Albert Adomah.
The winger signed for Championship side City in the summer.
However, that figure could rise, a Football League tribunal decided.
The Bees will gain another £200,000 if and when Adomah makes 75 appearances for the Robins, plus an extra £100,000 should City be promoted.
Barnet would also receive 20 per cent of any fee paid should Adomah move on to another club.
Adomah made more than 100 appearances for the Bees, after being signed from non-league Harrow Borough.
