Saracens fly-half Chris Ashton has avoided punishment for heckling Harlquins' Nick Evans on Saturday and will be available for the Heineken Cup final as a result.
Ashton, 27, shouted "push it" whilst charging down Evans' conversion attempt following Mike Brown's try against the Men in Black on Saturday.
Saracens prevailed 31-17 against Quins at Allianz Park and Ashton could have missed Saturday's Heineken Cup final against Toulon as well as the Premiership final against Northampton Saints.
An RFU statement reminded Ashton of his responsibilities: "The RFU has reviewed an incident involving Saracens winger Chris Ashton just before halftime in the Aviva Premiership semi-final against Harlequins when he shouted "push-it" to Nick Evans as he was taking a conversion.
"Respect is one of the Core Values of Rugby Union and the RFU Head of Discipline, Gerard McEvilly, has this morning spoken to Chris about the incident, his responsibilities towards the game and his future conduct. The RFU will follow up the matter in writing."
