Sir David Jason is to add his magic to a new children's cartoon - playing the voice of a dopey wizard.
The TV favourite, known for his roles as Del Boy Trotter and DI Jack Frost, will star in a new BBC show Muddle Earth, to be screened later this year.
The series is based on the popular book by Paul Stewart and Chris Riddell which parodies Lord Of The Rings.
It is the first in-house animation for the BBC and follows Randalf the wizard (Sir David) and his human apprentice Newt who try to stop evil teddy bear Dr Cuddles from taking over the land.
The 13-part series is to be screened by digital channel CBBC.
Sir David has previously voiced the title character in children's cartoon series Danger Mouse. He said: "I am delighted to be back doing one of the jobs I enjoy most for such a wonderfully entertaining new children's series."
