Dr Thomas John Carter
Dr. Thomas John Carter O.B.E. 1933-2022 Dr. Carter peacefully passed away on 17th July. He was at home surrounded by his family. We remember him for his life's work as a GP in Finchley and his time as chairman of the Barnet Health Authority. With all our love to a wonderful man.
