Kathy Carr Would like to thank friends and family for coming to celebrate the life of her son Adam Clift on the first anniversary of his passing. Thank you to everyone who came and made a difficult day so special. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended Adam's funeral last year and for the beautiful floral tributes. I could not believe the number of people who attended on 6th June 2014. Thank you all.
