19/0821/HSE/LN: 7 Warren Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 1HU. Construction of first floor side extension, enlargement of existing loft room and 2 additional rear dormers. Reason: Conservation Area.

19/1014/VOC/LG: Scrivelsby, Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 1PD. Application for variation of condition 2 (plans) to alter the roof for loft conversion following grant of planning permission 18/1858/HSE. Reason: Green Belt.

19/1042/FUL/WC & 19/1043/LBC/WC: St Margarets School, Merry Hill Road, Bushey, WD23 IDT. Demolition of existing detached gym building and erection of a 2 storey building to provide 8x1 bed flats for staff accommodation. Reason: Listed Building & Green Belt & Application for Listed Building consent.


19/1059/FUL/KH: Immanuel College, 87-91 Elstree Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 4EB. Retrospective application for the retention of the single storey timber framed pavilion building granted under application 17/0740/FUL with reconfigured internal layout, external alterations and providing 4 classrooms with wc facilities. Reason: Listed Building and Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
