Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

19/1208/HSE/LN: 12 The Comyns, Bushey Heath, Hertfordshire, WD23 1HP. Part conversion of garage to habitable room, first floor side extension and two storey rear extension. Conversion of loft to habitable room to include 1 rooflight to side elevation and two rear dormers. (Part retrospective revised application from 19/0602/HSE). Reason: Conservation Area.
19/1209/FUL/RMA: Grove House, High Street, Bushey. Extension to the existing car park to provide 8 additional parking spaces. Reason: Conservation Area.
19/1264/HSE/WC/: Haydon Ridge, Merry Hill Road, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 IDE Construction of an underground plant room next to (and ancillary to) the main residential dwelling house for a ground source heat pump and associated equipment. Reason: Green Belt.
19/1214/FULAVC: 43 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BD. Works to the front elevation to include application of white paint finish, new wooden windows and shutters, re-built gable and increase in height of window sill following permission granted under application 16/1962/FUL. (Part Retrospective & Revision to 16/1962/FUL). Reason: Conservation Area.
19/1277/FUL/SN: Land Adjacent To Heathbourne Cottage, Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath. Erection of a new detached 4-bed dwelling. Reason: Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
