Internal works to include redecoration, installation of glass & metal wine detail to existing opening to dining area, extension to kitchen pass in height and create feature wall and new lighting to all areas. Fixed seating to private dining area. New tiled bar walk to lounge/bar area with renovation of existing timber flooring. New back fitting to bar servery with non-slip flooring and new front counter. (Application for Listed Building consent). Reason: Listed Building.

External works to outside space to include expansion of existing drinking area with new planters, astro turf, floor coverings and festoon lighting. Demolition of lean-to smoking shelter to front entrance and construction of replacement shelter to south elevation and new bin store and replacement fencing. Reason: Listed Building.
