ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH WATFORD BOROUGH 53 (FOX ALLEY)
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using thatlength of Footpath Watford Borough 53 (Fox Alley), from Watford Field Road to Lower High Street, for an approximate distance of 55 metres.
Alternative Route: via Watford Field Road, footpath 54 and Lower High Street The purpose of the Order is to enable re-development works to take place. The section of Footpath Watford Borough 53 (Fox Alley) will be closed on or after 23rd December 2019 for up to 6months, when signs are in place. 5 thatlengthofHolme Park, Borehamwood from its junction with Red Road north westwards, south westwards and north westwards for its entire length.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 9December 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN BRIDLE PATH, WATFORD) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Bridle Path, Watford from its junction with Station Road north eastwards and north westwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 December 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE BUS/CYCLE LANE SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD,WATFORD) ORDER NO.32019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, to prohibit all public service vehicles and pedal cycles from using the bus lane situated on the east side of A412 St Albans Road, Watfordfrom its junction with Garston Park Parade south westwards to its junction with Garston Lane ("the Bus/Cycle Lane"), adistance of approximately 78 metres. An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road. The definition of a' public service vehicle' has the same meaning as in Section 1ofthe Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981. The definition of a'pedal cycle' means acycle powered only by foot or hand. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Bus/Cycle Lane.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 9December 2019 for aperiodof up to 18 months. AND CHALFONT ROAD, MAPLE CROSS) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-1. thatlength of Hornhill Road, Maple Cross from its junction with Shire Lane
south eastwards and north eastwards for adistance of approximately
259 metres.
An alternative route will be via Shire Lane, Rickmansworth Lane, Denham Lane, Joiners Lane, A413 Amersham Road, A40 Oxford Road, A412 (Denham Avenue/ North Orbital Road/Denham Way), Woodland Road and Hornhill Road. 2 thatlength of Chalfont Road, Maple Cross from its junction with Oakhill Road
westwards, north westwards, north eastwards, north westwards and south
westwards for adistance of approximately 2120 metres. An alternative route will be via Chalfont Road, Hornhill Road, Shire Lane, Rickmansworth Lane, Chesham Lane, Gorelands Lane and Chalfont Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 2January2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ASCOT ROAD,WATFORD) ORDER NO.22019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Ascot Road, Watford from apoint 100 metres south east of its junction with the Whippendell Road roundabout south eastwards for adistanceofapproximately 40 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Ascot Road.
The Order is needed because railway bridge inspection works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 8December2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at thetimes indicated by signs on or near the Road. 2. the road fronting Nos.1-12 Burchell Court, Bushey from its junction with Catsey Lane south eastwards for its entire length.
