THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON GARTLET ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Gartlet Road, Watford from its junction with Clarendon Road eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Estcourt Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 154 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Clarendon Road, St Johns Road and Estcourt Road or via Clarendon Road, A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 St Albans Road, Station Road, Clarendon Road, St Johns Road and Estcourt Road.
ADDITIONALLYthe existing one way traffic system on this length of Road will
be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions
within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because carriageway and footway improvement works are
proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6January 2020 for aperiod of
up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the
times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall,
Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank
and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROUSEBARN LANE, CROXLEY GREEN/WATFORD AND LODGE END, CROXLEY GREEN)
ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except foraccess:-
1. thatlength of Rousebarn Lane, Croxley Green/Watford from its junction with Lodge End south eastwards, eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards for adistance of approximately 682 metres.

2. that length of Lodge End, Croxley Green from its junction with Rousebarn Lane south westwards for its entire length.

There are no alternative routes available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in these roads will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6January 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HAGGERSTON ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER NO.2 2019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Haggerston Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Rossington Avenue north eastwards for adistance of approximately 37 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Rossington Avenue, Allerton Road and Haggerston Road.
The Order is needed because water main connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8January 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN TROWLEY RISE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Trowley Rise, Abbots Langley from its junction with Tibbs Hill Road south westwards to its junction with Popes Road ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 668 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Tibbs Hill Road, High Street, Gallows Hill Lane and Popes Road.
ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6January 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN RICKMANSWORTH AND WATFORD)
ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. thatlength of BerryLane, Rickmansworth from its junction with Common Gate Road eastwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Highfield Way, adistance of approximately 1200 metres.

An alternative route will be via BerryLane, Shepherds Lane, Chiltern Drive and BerryLane.
2. thatlengthofValley Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with BerryLane northeastwards and south eastwards to its junction with A404 Chorleywood Road, adistance of approximately 1669 metres.

An alternative route will be via BerryLane, Shepherds Lane, Church Lane, A412 (Uxbridge Road/RectoryRoad) and A404 Chorleywood Road.
3. thatlengthofWillowLane, Watford from its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road south eastwards for adistance of approximately 115 metres.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. thatlength of A4145 Vicarage Road, Watford from its junction with A4145 Hagden Lane north eastwards to its junction with A4178 Farraline Road, adistance of approximately 576 metres.

An alternative route will be via A4145 (Tolpits Lane/Moor Lane), A404 (London Road/Rickmansworth Road), A4125 (High Street/Church Road/Green Lane/ Watford Road/SandyLane/Hampermill Lane/EastburyRoad) and A4178 (Deacons Hill/Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road) or via A4178 (Fearnley Street/ The Hornets/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 (EastburyRoad/ Hampermill Lane/SandyLane/Watford Road/Green Lane/Church Road/High Street), A404 (Rickmansworth Road/London Road) and A4145 (Moor Lane/Tolpits Lane).
5. thatlength of A4145 Hagden Lane, Watford from its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road north westwards, south westwards and north westwards to its junction with A4145 Tolpits Lane, adistance of approximately 654 metres.

An alternative route will be via A4145 (Tolpits Lane/Moor Lane), A404 (London Road/Rickmansworth Road), A4125 (High Street/Church Road/Green Lane/ Watford Road/SandyLane/Hampermill Lane/EastburyRoad) and A4178 (Deacons Hill/Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road) or via A4178 (Fearnley Street/The Hornets/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 (EastburyRoad/ Hampermill Lane/SandyLane/Watford Road/Green Lane/Church Road/High Street), A404 (Rickmansworth Road/London Road) and A4145 (Moor Lane/ TolpitsLane).
