BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (A3095 MAIDENHEAD ROAD, WINKFIELD) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2020
Bracknell Forest Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 84(1 )(a) and 84(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a 50 miles per hour speed limit on A3095 Maidenhead Road between a point 135metres north of its junction with Bell Foundry Lane and a point 140metres south of its junction with Bottle Lane. Copies of the Draft Order, Map and Statement of Reasons may be inspected free of charge at Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Monday to Fridays.
