LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.98) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 19th March 2020 the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers In order to deter obstructive parking, and improve sightlines and safety, the general effect of the Order will be to introduce new ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions around the junctions of Brunswick Crescent and Brunswick Avenue N11 and Brunswick Crescent and Brunswick Avenue N11.
A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on Monday 23rd March 2020 and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays and Public Holidays Excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at:
a) Design Team, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, 6th Floor, Colindale NW9 4EW
b) Reception, Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London, NW4 4BG
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
