TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following: 20/0389/FUL/PHA: Units 270 And 280, Centennial Park, Centennial Avenue, Elstree. Amalgamation of Units 270 and 280 to create a single unit for a mix of storage/distribution, office, and training facility uses (Sui Generis). Reason: Green Belt.

20/0316/FUL/PHA: Lupa House, York Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 IPX. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a new discount food store (Class Al) and employment unit (Class B2/B8) with associated car parking and new vehicular access off Elstree Way. Reason: Major Development.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
