Please take notice that an application seeking full planning permission is being submitted by DWD, acting on behalf of BXS Limited Partnership, to the London Borough of Barnet ('the Borough') under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the proposed development set out below at Claremont Way (East) ('the Application Site').

Please take notice that an application seeking full planning permission is being submitted by DWD, acting on behalf of BXS Limited Partnership, to the London Borough of Barnet ('the Borough') under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the proposed development set out below at Claremont Way (East) ('the Application Site').
The Application Site also includes the traffic island located on the northern side of the Claremont Way (East)/Claremont Road junction. "Demolition of existing outbuildings to rear of No 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 Claremont Way, works to eastern part of Claremont Way and hardstanding area to the rear of Nos 9,11,13 and 15 Claremont Way comprising grading works to part of Claremont Way, re­configuration of the highway and car parking spaces, installation of associated underground servicing, public realm works including works to footway on Claremont Road and the removal of a traffic island."

Please also note the following:
Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provisions to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease;
Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
