(VARIOUS ROADS IN WARFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from pro­ceeding in the direction stated along the follow­ing lengths of road: -

a) Buckle Lane, Warfield in both directions from junction with Maidenhead Road for the length of 40m.



The diversion route for this closure will be via Maidenhead Road, Tickleback Road, Buckle Lane or this route in reverse.

b) Bowyers Lane, Warfield in both directions from junction with Maidenhead Road for the length of 40m



The diversion route for this closure will be via Westhatch Lane, Maidenhead Road or this route in reverse.

The purpose of this Order is to enable BT works to be executed on the road namely accessing underground structures and cabling for new customer connection.

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 13*n July 2020 and its maximum duration will be 6 months or until the completion of the works whichever shall be the earlier. It is currently pro­grammed that the works requiring the closures will be carried out between the 13? July 2020 -14th July 2020 between the hours of 09:30-15:30.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Date-18th June 2020 Andrew Hunter
