The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Donkey Lane, Bourne End in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Donkey Lane, Bourne End in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Donkey Lane from level crossing for approx 27 metres. The closure is required whilst Network Rail annual level crossing inspection will take place commencing on 1 October 2020 between 23:59 and 05:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 September 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Hammersley Lane, High Wycombe in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hammersley Lane for approximately 120 metres. Alternative route: Hammersley Lane, Church Road, Elm Road, Hazlemere Road, Penn Road, Amersham Road, Amersham Hill, Crendon Street, Queen Victoria Road, Abbey Way Gyratory, Abbey Way, London Road, Gordon Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection works take place commencing on 26 October 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 September 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Wharf Lane, Bourne End in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Wharf Lane from level crossing for approximately 30 metres. The closure is required whilst Network Rail annual level crossing inspection take place commencing on 1 October 2020 between 23:59 and 05:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 September 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Chesham Lane, Kings Ash in the Parish of The Lee CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chesham Lane for approximately 125 metres. Alternative route: Rocky Lane, London Road, Aylesbury Road, Missenden Bypass, Frith Hill, Ballinger Road, Village Road, Chartridge Lane, Red Lion Hill, Swan Bottom and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water permanent reinstatement of the carriageway works take place commencing on 5 October 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 September 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Station Road, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Station Road from junction of Saffron Road for approximately 104 metres. The closure is required whilst Network Rail vegetation clearance works take place commencing on 5 October 2020 between 08:00 and 18:00. Access for pedestrians for Birdcage Walk, will be guided by a marshal through the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Riding Lane, Wooburn Moor in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Riding Lane from railway bridge for approximately 64 metres. Alternative route: Riding Lane, Whitehouse Lane, Holtspur Lane, Holtspur Top Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst brick work repairs to Railway Bridge take place commencing on 5 October 2020 between 07:30 and 17:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 September 2020

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Woodway, Loosley Row in the Parish of Lacey Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Woodway from junction of Lower Road for approximately 126 metres. Alternative route: Woodway, Wycombe Road, Bradenham Wood Lane, New Road, Main Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Tree cutting

surrounding overhead powerlines take place commencing on 6 October 2020 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 September 2020

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Hawks Hill, Cores End in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hawks Hill from junction of Kiln Lane for approximately 289 metres. Alternative route: Heavens Lea, Hedsor Road, Station Road, Cores End Road, Furlong Road, Brookbank, Kiln Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst tRiiO/ Cadent Gas mains replacement works take place commencing on 5 October 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 25 September 2020

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 50, Stokenchurch) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire length of Public Footpath No. 50, Stokenchurch. The closure is required in the interests of public safety whilst road widening and infrastructure installation works take place and it is anticipated that the works will commence on 2 October 2020 and will take approximately 6 months to complete. The alternative route whilst the closure is effective will run parallel to the existing footpath along the hedge row. The proposed Order will come into operation on 2 October 2020, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (ELECTRIC SCOOTER) EXPERIMENTAL TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2020 Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996/2489 PUBLIC NOTICE

On the 25th September 2020 Buckinghamshire Council ("the Council") made the above mentioned Order ("the Experimental Order") under Regulation 22 of the above provisions and after consultation with Thames Valley Police. The effect of the Experimental Order is to allow Electric Scooters as defined in The Electric Scooter Trials and Traffic Signs (Coronavirus) Regulations and General Directions 2020 (or as otherwise amended) hired from a company authorised by the Department for Transport to operate Electric Scooters within the county of Buckinghamshire. Whilst the Experimental Order is in force the relevant Traffic Regulation Orders in force under The Buckinghamshire Council shall be varied so as to permit Electric Scooters to travel in the cycle lanes and cycle tracks specified in the Schedule of the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order providing that Electric Scooters will not be permitted for use on any highway in the county with a signed speed limit of 50mph or more. The Experimental Order comes into operation on 2nd October 2020 for a period of twelve months and, in this time, the Council will consider if the provisions of the Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely. Within a period of 6 months from the date of this Notice or if the Experimental Order is varied by another Order or modified pursuant to Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1984 ("the Act") beginning with the day on which the variation or modification or the latest version of the variation or modification comes into force, any person may object to the making of the Experimental Order for the purpose of its indefinite continuation. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Experimental Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or that are not within the powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply for that purpose to the High Court.
