Proposed Deregistration of Common Land/Town or Village Green at Woodcock Hill Village Green

Taylor Wimpey Plc has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs under Section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 for land forming part of the above-mentioned registered village green (the "release land") to cease to be so registered. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.
The purpose of this application is to enable the delivery of a new, larger and improved Village Green for the community alongside the promotion of the release land through the Hertsmere Local Plan-making process for potential future residential development.
It is proposed that land (the "replacement land") be registered as Village Green in place of the release land.
The release land is described in the First Schedule to this notice, and the replacement land is described in the Second Schedule.
Due to Government advice in respect of Coronavirus (COVID-19), a copy of the application will not be left in a public area for viewing. However, a copy of the application form and accompanying documents may be obtained online at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/woodcockhillvillagegreen. The application form and documents will be available until 10th December 2020.
