(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTWAY SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF A412 RICKMANSWORTH ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2020

NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footway situated on the north side of A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford from a point in line with the entrance to 'Gate House Place' south westwards for a distance of approximately 14m ("the Footway").
There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this footway will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because telecommunication works are proposed to be executed near the Footway.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 December 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footway.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WILLOW LANE/THOMAS SAWYER WAY, WATFORD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Willow Lane/Thomas Sawyer Way, Watford from a point 100m south east of its junction with A4145 vicarage Road south eastwards to its {unction with the Riverwell Close roundabout ("the length of Roads"), a distance of approximately 110m, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Willow Lane, A4145 Vicarage Road, A4178 (Feamley Street/The Homets/Merton Road/wlggenhall Road) and Thomas Sawyer Way or via Thomas Sawyer Way, A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road), A4145 vicarage Road and Willow Lane.
The Order is needed because the erection and dismantling of a crane lift is proposed to be executed near the length of Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 December 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF OLD HOUSE LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Old House Lane, Abbots Langley from its junction with Bucks Hill north eastwards for a distance of approximately 450m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane, Redhall Lane, Fir Tree Hill, Langleybury Lane and Old House Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 December 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Dog Kennel Lane, Chorieywood from its junction with Berry Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 70m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Field Way, A412 (Oxbridge Road/Rectory Road), A404 (Chorieywood Road/Rickmansworm Road) and Dog Kennel Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 9 December 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Furzehill Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Cedars Close south eastwards to its junction with Hillside Avenue ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 54m, except for access. An alternative route will be via Furzehill Road, B5378 (Shenley Road/Allum Lane), A5183 (Elstree Hill North/High Street), A411 Bamet Lane and Furzehill Road. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 5 December 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sherfield Avenue, Rickmansworth from its junction with Landlord Close north westwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Sherfield Avenue, Harefield Road and Sherfield Avenue. The Order is needed because water main connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 December 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Abbots Road, Abbots Langley from its junction with High Street north westwards for a distance of approximately 362m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via High Street, Gallows Hill Lane, Gallows Hill and Abbots Road.
The Order is needed because utility service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 24 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Quickmoor Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Bucks Hill south westwards for a distance of approximately 200m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Bottom Lane, Commonwood and Quickmoor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 November 2020 for a
period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect
at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN CHALFONT LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chalfont Lane, Chorieywood from its junction with Blacketts Wood Drive south eastwards to its junction with Shire Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 474m, except for access. An alternative route will be via Blacketts Wood Drive, Whitelands Avenue and Shire Lane.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 November 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
