THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT N0.128) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 17th December 2020 the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
Cranbourne Gardens and Oakfields Road, Cranbourne Gardens and Park Way, Cranbourne Gardens and Leeside Crescent, Cranbourne Gardens and Grosvenor Gardens, Grosvenor Gardens and Eastville Avenue, Leeside Crescent and Princes Park Avenue, Woodlands and Woodlands Close, Bridge Lane and Princes Park Avenue, Bridge Lane and Decoy Avenue, Bridge Lane and Hillcrest Avenue, Bridge Lane and Cranbourne Gardens, Bridge Lane and Ashbourne Avenue, Bridge Lane and Hallswelle Road, Bridge Lane and Hayes Crescent, Eastside Road and Hurstwood Road, Eastside Road and Decoy Avenue, Eastside Road and Hillcrest Avenue, Eastside Road and Ashbourne Avenue, Addison Way and Hogarth Hill, Addison Way and Erskine Hill, Erskine Hill and Asmuns Hill, Erskine Hill and Woodside, Erskine Hill and Chatham Close, Erskine Hill and Denman Drive and Havanna Drive and Bridge Lane. The Order would also introduce new 'at any time' waiting restrictions for certain lengths around the bends on Woodlands NW11 outside No.51 to No.53 Cranbourne Gardens, Outside No.21 to No.23 Cranbourne Gardens, opposite No.51 Cranbourne Gardens, opposite No.34 Cranbourne Gardens and opposite No.46 Cranbourne Gardens. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on Monday 28th December 2020 and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be obtained, for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing parking.
or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 6th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
