NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE)
(ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been submitted by DWD, acting on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet, to the London Borough of Barnet ('the Borough') under Section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for proposed amendments to planning permission 20/2363/FUL pertaining to Claremont Way (East), Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area. Planning permission 20/2363/FUL granted the following description of development:
"Demolition of existing outbuildings to the rear of 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 Claremont Way and works to adjacent area of hardstanding to form a parking area. Works to the eastern section of Claremont Way comprising; grading works, reconfiguration of the highway and car parking spaces, installation of associated underground servicing, and public realm works. Works to Claremont Way (East)/Claremont Road Junction comprising; pavement works, and the removal of the traffic island located on the northern side of the Claremont Way (East)/Claremont Road Junction."

Representations should be made no later than Thursday 15th April 2021. Please also note the following:
- Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provisions to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease;
- Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
