OPEN SPACE: LAND IN NORTH-EASTERN CORNER OF
DAME ALICE OWENS PLAYING FIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet (The Council) is intending to appropriate the area of land (The Land) described in the Schedule to this Notice for a new 2-storey educational building, ancillary playground and circulation areas and a multi-use games area for community use. The Land consists of or forms part of an open space. An electronic copy plan (The Plan) showing the Land can be requested by contacting the Capital Delivery team at:

Before making any further decision on the proposed appropriation of the Land the Council will consider any objections or written representations received. All objections or written representations should be addressed to
