THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.151) ORDER 2021 THE BARNET (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.107) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have on 12th August 2021 made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6,45,46,49, 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
Having been introduced in order to improve opportunity for loading and unloading activity near local businesses, and to reduce the likelihood of obstructive parking in other lengths of Golders Way NW11 the general effect of the Orders will be to, formalise the existing Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 6.30pm and Sunday 9.30am to 6.30pm waiting restriction outside Nos. 2A to 14B Golders Way NW11. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on Thursday 12th August 2021 and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be obtained, for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing 

or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 6th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
