BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL [BOWYERS LANE, WARFIELD) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021
Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 84(1 )(a) and 84(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on Bowyers Lane between its junction with A3095 Maidenhead Road and a point 250 metres east of said junction.
Copies of this notice, the draft Order, Statement of Reasons and a plan showing the extents of the proposal may be inspected on the 'Highways Public Notices' page of the Council's website
The Order was made on the 8th November 2021 and will come into effect on the 15h November 2021.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 10th day of November 2021, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
