ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADINGRESTRICTIONS WINNINGTON ROAD N2
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate street cleansing works and the application of yellow line road markings, they intend to make an Order which will prohibit parking on Winnington Road between A1 Lyttelton Road and Norrice Lea, while the works take place.
The Order will commence on Thursday 9th December 2021 and is expected to last until Tuesday 14th December 2021. The works will only take place over certain periods and when indicated by the presence of appropriate signs and/or traffic cones. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
