ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - BULLER ROAD
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect-fa) The temporary closure of Buller Road from its junction with Coombe Road to its junction of Milner Road

2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to install a new sewer connection in the carriageway

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 10th January 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
