BRIGHTON & HOVE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) (SYDNEY STREET) ORDER 2022 (TRO-31-2021)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') has on 5 January 2022 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 15 January 2022 will make the following changes:
Change the prohibition of driving on Sydney Street to Monday to Sunday 11 am to 6pm A copy of this Notice, the Order as made and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be seen online at

Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
