(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A4178 (WIGGENHALL ROAD/DEACONS HILL), WATFORD) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/ Deacons Hill), Watford from its junction with Thomas Sawyer Way south westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 489m ("the length of Roads").

An alternative route will be via A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road/ Fearnley Street/ The Hornets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 (Rickmansworth Road/Watford Road/Scots Hill/Park Road/Rectory Road), A404 (Riverside Drive/Church Street/London Road/ Rickmansworth Road/ Pinner Road/Pinner Green/Uxbridge Road), A410 Uxbridge Road, A4008 (Oxhey Lane/Pinner Road) and A4125 Eastbury Road or via A4125 Eastbury Road, A411 Chalk Hill, A4008 (Aldenham Road/Pinner Road/Oxhey Lane), A410 Uxbridge Road, A404 (Uxbridge Road/Pinner Green/ Pinner Road/ Rickmansworth Road/London Road/Church Street/Riverside Drive), A412 (Rectory Road/ Park Street/Scots Hill/Watford Road/ Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), the A412 St Albans Road/A411 Beechen Grove roundabout, A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road) and A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road). The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LOUDWATER LANE, LOUDWATER)

ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Loudwater Lane, Loudwater from its junction with Armitage Close south eastwards for a distance of approximately 300m ("the Road"), except for access.

An alternative route will be via Loudwater Lane, A404 Chorleywood Road, A412 (Park Road/Scots Hill), The Green and Loudwater Lane. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 3 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. 2. that length of King Edward Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Chalk Hill south eastwards to its junction with Cross Road, a distance of approximately 259m.



An alternative route will be via A411 Chalk Hill, Haydon Road and Cross Road.

3. that length of King Georges Avenue, Watford from its westernmost junction with Whippendell Road northwards, north eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards for its entire length.



An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road, Cassiobridge Road, A412 Rickmansworth Road, Hagden Lane and Whippendell Lane.

4. that length of Sydney Road, Watford from its junction with Whippendell Road south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Hagden Lane, a distance of approximately 455m.



An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road and Hagden Lane. The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF QUICKMOOR LANE, SARRATT)

ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Quickmoor Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Bucks Hill south westwards and westwards for a distance of approximately 120m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Bottom Lane, Commonwood and Quickmoor Lane

or via Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Plough Lane, Commonwood and Quickmoor Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 1 March 2022 for a period of

up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at

the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A41 NORTH WESTERN AVENUE, WOODSIDE)

ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A41 North Western Avenue, Woodside from its junction with the A41 The Dome roundabout north westwards for a distance of approximately 40m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A405 North Orbital Road and A41 North Western Avenue.

The Order is needed because street lighting works are proposed to be executed near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. FOOTWAYS SITUATED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF BUSHEY

MILL LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-

1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford from a point 22m north west of its junction with Southfield Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 65m ("the Road"), except for access.



An alternative route will be via Bushey Mill Lane, Radlett Lane, Colonial Way, A4008 Stephenson Way, A41 (Otterspool Way/North Western Avenue Colne Way/North Western Avenue), A412 St Albans Road and Bushey Mill Lane.

2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footway ("the Footways"):-



a) the footway situated on the north side of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford from a point 22m north west of its junction with Southfield Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 65m.



There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this footway will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

b) the footway situated on the south side of Bushey Mill Lane, Watford from a point 22m north west of its junction with Southfield Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 65m.



There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. However pedestrian access to properties along this footway will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road and Footways.

ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Lane, Loudwater from a point in line with the western boundary of 'Oakwood' south eastwards for a distance of approximately 85m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Sarratt Lane, Solesbridge Lane, A404 (Rickmansworth Road/Chorleywood Road), Loudwater Lane and Sarratt Lane. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 3 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of The Garth, Abbots Langley from a point in line with the western boundary of No.23 The Garth north eastwards for a distance of approximately 30m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via The Garth, Upper Highway, Long Elms and The Garth.

The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 16 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using Watford Borough Public Footpath No.058 from its junction with A4125 Eastbury Road south eastwards for a distance of approximately 45m ("the Public Footpath"). An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south side of A4125 Eastbury Road, the footway situated on the west side of Woodwaye, the footway situated on the north side of Meadowbank, the footway situated on the north side of The Pastures and Watford Borough Public Footpath

No.058.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Public Footpath.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 February 2022 for a period of up to 6 months. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hyde Lane, Nash Mills from its junction with Lower Road north eastwards for a distance of approximately 250m ("the Road").

An alternative route will be via Railway Terrace, Harthall Lane, Bedmond Road and Hyde Lane.

The Order is needed because the replacement of existing gas mains is proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 14 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of New Road, Croxley Green from its junction with Barton Way north westwards to its junction with Dickinson Square, a distance of approximately 120m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via New Road, A412 Watford Road, The Green and New Road.

The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 14 February 2022 for

a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-

1. that length of Dog Kennel Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Berry Lane north westwards to its junction with South Cottage Drive, a distance of approximately 105m.



An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Common Gate Road, Chorleywood Bottom, Station Approach, Common Road, A404 Rickmansworth Road and Dog Kennel Lane

or via Berry Lane, Valley Road, The Clump, A404 (Chorleywood Road/ Rickmansworth Road) and Dog Kennel Lane.

2. that length of Berry Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with The Beeches north westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 103m. An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Valley Road, The Clump, A404 (Chorleywood Road/Rickmansworth Road), Common Road, Station Approach, Chorleywood Bottom, Common Gate Road and Berry Lane.



The Order is needed because tree cutting works are proposed to be executed near the Roads.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of High Street, Watford from its junction with King Street north westwards to its junction with Market Street, a distance of approximately 245m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via King Street, A411 Exchange Road, Wellstones and Market Street.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 February 2022 for a period

of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN HARROW WAY, CARPENDERS PARK) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harrow Way, Carpenders Park from its junction with The Mead south eastwards to its junction with Little Oxhey Lane, a distance of approximately 891m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Delta Gain, St Georges Drive and Little Oxhey Lane.

ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because the reconstruction of a speed cushion is proposed to be executed on the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER NO.3 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

1. that length of Field Road, Watford from its junction with King Edward Road south westwards to its junction with Lower Paddock Road, a distance of approximately 117m.

An alternative route will be via King Edward Road, A411 Chalk Hill, Villiers Road and Lower Paddock Road.
