(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BUSHEY HALL ROAD, BUSHEY/WATER LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bushey Hall Road, Bushey/Water Lane, Watford from its junction with Greatham Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 245m ("the length of Roads"). An alternative route will be via Bushey Hall Road, B642 Aldenham Road, A4008 (Pinner Road/Aldenham Road), A4125 Eastbury Road, A4178 (Deacons Hill/Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road/Fearnley Road/The Hornets/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), A411 Beechen Grove and Water Lane or via Water Lane, A411 (Beechen Grove/ Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 (St Albans Road/ Rickmansworth Road), A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/ Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 (Eastbury Road/Chalk Hill), B462 Aldenham Road and Bushey Hall Road. The Order is needed because street lighting works are proposed to be executed near the length of Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SERVICE ROAD FRONTING NOS.2-116 MOOR LANE, MOOR PARK) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane, Moor Park from a point in line with the western boundary of No.70 Moor Lane south eastwards to a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.78 Moor Lane, a distance of approximately 82m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane, A4145 Moor Lane and the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SHEPHERDS LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Shepherds Lane, Chorleywood from a point in line with the southern boundary of 'Blyth House' north westwards for a distance of approximately 170m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Shepherds Lane, Chiltern Drive, Berry Lane and Shepherds Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF WINDMILL LANE, BUSHEY HEATH) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Windmill Lane, Bushey Heath from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.15 Windmill Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 25m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Windmill Lane, Trundlers Lane, Rutherford Way, The Rutts, A4140 High Road and Windmill Lane. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER NO.4 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Aynho Street, Watford from its junction with Souldern Street south eastwards to its junction with Oxford Street, a distance of approximately 51m.
An alternative route will be via Souldern Street, Banbury Street, A4145 Vicarage Road and Oxford Street.
2. that length of Banbury Street, Watford from its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road north westwards to its junction with Souldern Street, a distance of approximately 103m.
An alternative route will be via A4145 Vicarage Road, Oxford Street, Aynho Street and Souldern Street.
3. that length of Oxford Street, Watford from its junction with Banbury Street north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road, a distance of approximately 200m.
An alternative route will be via Banbury Street and A4145 Vicarage Road.
4. that length of Souldern Street, Watford from its junction with Banbury Street north eastwards to its junction with Aynho Street, a distance of approximately 150m.
An alternative route will be via Banbury Street, A4145 Vicarage Road, Oxford Street and Aynho Street.
5. that length of Cherry Tree Road, Watford from its junction with Beechwood Rise north eastwards to its junction with Berry Avenue, a distance of approximately 255m.
An alternative route will be via Beechwood Rise, Hazel Tree Road, Leggatts Wood Avenue, Ash Tree Road and Berry Avenue.
6. that length of Fearnley Street, Watford from its junction with A4178 The Hornets north westwards to its junction with Addiscombe Road, a distance of approximately 182m.
An alternative route will be via A4178 (The Hornets/Merton Road/ Cassio Road), Whippendell Road and Addiscombe Road. The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A405 NORTH ORBITAL ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A405 North Orbital Road, Watford from its junction with the A41 North Western Avenue/High Road roundabout north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with A412 St Albans Road, a distance of approximately 2285m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A41 North Western Avenue and A412 St Albans Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SUBWAY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF BRIDGE ROAD AND HUNTON BRIDGE HILL, HUNTON BRIDGE) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all subway users from using the subway situated on the west side of Bridge Road and Hunton Bridge Hill, Hunton Bridge from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.27 Bridge Road north eastwards for a distance of approximately 40m ("the Subway").
There is no alternative route available for subway users when the works are being carried out.
The Order is needed because subway improvement works are proposed to be executed on or near the Subway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Subway.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF NASCOT STREET, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Nascot Street, Watford from a point 23m south west of its junction with Langley Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 29m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Nascot Street, Langley Road, Alexandra Road, Malden Road and Nascot Street.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD, BUSHEY AND WOODSIDE) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. the A41 northbound slip road leading onto the northbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way, Watford from its junction with the A4008 Stephenson Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout north westwards to its junction with the northbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way, a distance of approximately 420m.
An alternative route will be via A4008 Stephenson Way, A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 St Albans Road and A41 (North Western Avenue/North Western Avenue Colne Way).
2. the northbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue, Bushey/A41 Otterspool Way, Watford from a point 636 m north west of its junction with the B462 Hartspring Way roundabout north westwards for a distance of approximately 548m.
An alternative route will be via A4008 Stephenson Way, A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 St Albans Road and A41 (North Western Avenue/North Western Avenue Colne Way).
3. the A41 southbound slip road leading onto the A4008 Stephenson Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout, Watford from its junction with the southbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue Colne Way south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with the A4008 Stephenson Way/M1 (junction 5) roundabout, a distance of approximately 426m. An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A411 Exchange Road and A4008 Stephenson Way.
4. the southbound carriageway of A41 North Western Avenue, Woodside/A41 (North Western Avenue Colne Way/Otterspool Way), Watford from its junction with the A41 The Dome roundabout south eastwards for a distance of approximately 2098m.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A411 Exchange Road and A4008 Stephenson Way.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made the shall come into force on 25 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD)
ORDER NO.2 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Alexandra Road, Watford from its junction with Langley Road south westwards to its junction with The Avenue, a distance of approximately 347m.
An alternative route will be via Langley Road, Stratford Road and The Avenue.
2. that length of Beechpark Way, Watford from its junction with Stanbury Avenue south eastwards, clockwise, north eastwards and north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. that length of Devereux Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Way north westwards for its entire length.
An alternative route will be via Langley Way and Harford Drive.
4. that length of Grandfield Avenue, Watford from its junction with Langley Road south westwards and north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 23 February 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
