(Temporary Closing Of B462 Aldenham Road And B462 Hartspring Lane, Bushey) Order 2022


NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-

1. that length of B462 Aldenham Road, Bushey from its junction with Little Bushey Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 40m. An alternative route will be via Little Bushey Lane, Coldharbour Lane, Herkomer Road, Finch Lane, The Avenue and B462 Aldenham Road.

2. that length of B462 Hartspring Lane, Bushey from its junction with Bushey Mill Lane north eastwards for a distance of approximately 40m.

An alternative route will be via Bushey Mill Lane, Park Avenue and B462 Hartspring Lane.
The Order is needed because traffic signal refurbishment works are proposed to be executed near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 7 April 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF NORFOLK ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH)
ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Norfolk Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Church Street north eastwards for a distance of approximately 10m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Church Street, Skidmore Way, Waters Drive and Norfolk Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 5 April 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. that length of Parsonage Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with A412 Rectory Road south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with High Street, a distance of approximately 160m.

An alternative route will be via A412 Rectory Road, Wensum Way and High Street.
2. that length of Rectory Lane, Rickmansworth from a point in line with

the western boundary of No.154 Rectory Lane north eastwards to its junction
with Parsonage Road, a distance of approximately 20m.
An alternative route will be via Rectory Lane, A412 Rectory Road, Wensum
Way, High Street and Parsonage Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be
executed on or near the Roads.

ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Railway Terrace, Kings Langley from its junction with Hyde Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 49m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Lower Road, Belswains Lane, Lawn Lane, Durrants Hill Road, A4251 (London Road/Hempstead Road/High Street), Church Lane, Water Lane. Primrose Hill and Railway Terrace. The Order is needed because LED light conversion works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 April 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SERVICE ROAD FRONTING NOS.2-116 MOOR LANE, MOOR PARK) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane, Moor Park from its easternmost junction with A4145 Moor Lane south westwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 575m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A4145 Moor Lane and the service road fronting Nos.2-116 Moor Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 April 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN COPTHORNE ROAD, CROXLEY GREEN AND NIGHTINGALE ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Copthorne Road, Croxley Green from its junction with Park Road northwards to its junction with Scots Mill Lane, a distance of approximately 43m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. 2. that length of Nightingale Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Townsfield north eastwards to its junction with Thrush Green, a distance of approximately 106m.
An alternative route will be via Nightingale Road, A412 (Uxbridge Road/ Rectory Road), A404 Chorleywood Road and Nightingale Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 April 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Derby Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Beechen Grove south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Grosvenor Road, a distance of approximately 131m.

An alternative route will be via A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/ Beechen Grove), Loates Lane, Lord Street, Queens Road The Broadway, Queens Road, Queens Place, Gladstone Road and Grosvenor Road.
2. that length of Grosvenor Road, Watford from its junction with Derby Road south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with A411 Beechen Grove, a distance of approximately 31m.

An alternative route will be via Grosvenor Road, Gladstone Road, Queens Place, Queens Road, St Johns Road, Woodford Road, Station Road, A412 St Albans Road and A411 Beechen Grove. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN THOMAS SAWYER WAY, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Thomas Sawyer Way, Watford from its junction with A411 Dalton Way westwards for a distance of approximately 100m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A411 (Dalton Way/Waterfields Way), the Colne Valley Retail Park access road roundabout, A411 (Waterfields Way/ Lower High Street), A4125 Eastbury Road, A4178 (Deacons Hill/Wiggenhall Road) and Thomas Sawyer Way or via Thomas Sawyer Way, A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 Eastbury Road and A411 (Lower High Street/Dalton Way).
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Canterbury Road, Watford from its junction with Westland Road north westwards for its entire length.

that length of Canterbury Road, Watford from its junction with Westland Road north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Haydon Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Chalk Hill south eastwards to its junction with Cross Road, a distance of approximately

375m.
An alternative route will be via A411 Chalk Hill, King Edward Road and Cross Road.
3. that length of Wellington Drive, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards to its junction with Westland Road,

a distance of approximately 129m.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, Station Road
and Westland Road.
4. that length of Neston Road, Watford from its junction with Parkgate Road north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Sandringham Road, a distance of approximately 200m.

An alternative route will be via Parkgate Road, Bushey Mill Lane and Sandringham Road.
5. that length of Parkgate Road, Watford from its junction with Bushey Mill Lane south westwards to its junction with Sandringham Road, a distance of approximately 294m.

An alternative route will be via Bushey Mill Lane and Sandringham Road.
6. that length of Sandringham Road, Watford from its junction with Balmoral Road north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Bushey Mill Lane, a distance of approximately 633m.

An alternative route will be via Balmoral Road, Sandown Road, Windsor Road, Southwold Road and Bushey Mill Lane.
7. that length of Westland Road, Watford from its junction with Station Road south westwards, south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with St Johns Road, a distance of approximately 277m.

An alternative route will be via Station Road, A412 St Albans Road and St Johns Road.
The Order is needed because highway drainage works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 22 March 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Elstree Road, Bushey Heath from its junction with Nimmo Drive south westwards to its junctions with A411 High Road, a distance of approximately 442m.

An alternative route will be via A411 Elstree Road, A409 (Heathbourne Road/ Magpie Hall Road), A4140 High Road and A411 High Road.
2. that length of B5378 Shenleybury, Shenley from its junction with Farm Close south eastwards to its junction with Porters Park Drive, a distance of approximately 764m.

An alternative route will be via B5378 Shenleybury, B556 Harper Lane, A5183 (Watling Street/Cobden Hill/Watling Street) and B5378 (Allum Lane/Shenley Road/ Cowley Hill/ Green Street/Woodhall Lane/London Road/Black Lion Hill/ Shenleybury).
3. that length of Woodhall Lane, Shenley from a point in line with the western boundary of 'Kitswell Lodge' north westwards and south westwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because tree works are proposed to be executed near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON MARKET STREET AND WELLSTONES, WATFORD) ORDER 2022
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Market Street, Watford from its junction with High Street south westwards to its junction with A411 Exchange Road, a distance of approximately 139m, except for access. An alternative route will be via High Street, Clarendon Road, A411

Beechen Grove, Water Lane, High Street, King Street and A411 Exchange Road or via High Street, Clarendon Road, A411 Beechen Grove, Water Lane, High Street, King Street, A411 Exchange Road and Wellstones.
2. The existing one way traffic system on Wellstones, Watford from its junction with A411 Exchange Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Market Street, a distance of approximately 275m will be temporarily suspended to enable vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.

The Order is needed because carriageway resurfacing works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 April 2022 for a period
of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect
at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Horseshoe Lane, Watford from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.17 Horseshoe Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 12m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Horseshoe Lane, A405 North Orbital Road, High Road and Horseshoe Lane.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
