THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RICHMOND DRIVE, WATFORD AND OUNDLE AVENUE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2016

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RICHMOND DRIVE, WATFORD AND OUNDLE AVENUE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. that length of Richmond Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Way south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Parkside Drive, a distance of approximately 344 metres.
An alternative route will be via Langley Way and Parkside Drive.
2. that length of Oundle Avenue, Bushey from a point in line with the south eastern boundary of No.39 Oundle Avenue north westwards for a distance of approximately 28 metres.
An alternative route will be via Oundle Avenue, Chiltern Avenue, Cotswold Avenue and Oundle Avenue. The Order is needed because gas connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 19 December 2016 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PHILLIPERS, WATFORD) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Phillipers, Watford from its junction with Lea Bushes north eastwards for a distance of approximately 30 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Phillipers, The Pelhams and Phillipers. The Order is needed because footway resurfacing works are proposed to be executed near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 19 December 2016 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS, WATFORD) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in parts of Watford as specified in the
Schedules to this Notice.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety propose to make Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce vehicle movement restrictions in part of Chorleywood
as specified in the Schedules to this Notice.
