THE HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS INCLUDING GILLS HILL LANE, RADLETT) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertsmere Borough Council, (pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in parts of Gills Hill Lane and surrounding roads.
The general effect of the Order will be to introduce new No waiting at Anytime restrictions along junctions and bends in parts of Gills Hill Lane, Folly Pathway, Elm Walk, Cragg Avenue, Willow Way, Orchard Close, Rendlesham Avenue, Loom Lane and Watling Street.
The proposals are considered necessary to prevent obstructive parking, help with the free flow of traffic, improve visibility and road safety at junctions and blind spots within the vicinity.

Objections to the proposals should be made in writing to: Planning and Economic Development, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA by 28th April 2017, stating the grounds on which they are made. Letters of support will also be received during this time.
