LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET SECTIONS 122 AND 123 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 PROPOSED APPROPRIATION AND ONWARD DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE AT GRANVILLE ROAD HOUSING ESTATE, CRICKLEWOOD
The London Borough of Barnet gives notice of its intention to appropriate open space land situated at Granville Road Housing Estate from housing to planning purposes with a view to its onward disposal to New Granville LLP as part of its programme to regenerate that Estate. A plan showing the open space to be appropriated to planning and then transferred to New Granville LLP can be inspected during normal office opening hours at Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, N20 0EJ. Any objections to the intended appropriation and onward disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Arshad Ahmed MRICS, Regeneration Property Officer, BarnetHouse, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ (telephone 020 8359 6013). The deadline for receipt of objections is 31st October 2017 Dated this 21st September 2017
