The following Reserved Matters Application has been received by the London Borough of Barnet for development at Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area, NW2:
Application Reference 17/6662/RMA: Reserved Matters Application in respect of Plot 12 of Phase 1B (South) pursuant to Condition 1.2.2.B and 2.1 and for the part discharge of Condition 13.1 of planning permission Ref. F/04687/13 for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Area. Application seeks approval for Layout, Scale, Appearance, Access and Landscaping for Plot 12, comprising of 292 residential units, ancillary housing office, flexible retail, café, basement car parking and plant including heating plant, to be provided within two buildings with heights ranging from 6-13 storeys arranged around a public pocket park and private courtyard together with north-south and east-west tertiary streets for the provision of access.
Application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement of Compliance.
