ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT PLANNING APPLICATION
REFERENCE NUMBER: 17/01511/FULM Proposed development at land to the south of Thomas Sawyer Way comprising the Waterside Area and forming part of the Watford Riverwell development (formerly known as the Watford Health Campus), Watford. I give notice that Watford Health Campus Partnership LLP is applying to Watford Borough Council for planning permission to redevelop the site to provide 408 residential dwellings with associated landscaping, amenity space, access and parking and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at The Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX during normal office hours until 1st December 2017. Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement on CD at a charge of £5.00.
