THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN HILFIELD LANE, BUSHEY AND CHESTER ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Hilfield Lane, Bushey from its junction with B462 Hartspring Lane south eastwards to its junction with A41 Tylers Way, adistance of approximately 3092 metres.

An alternative route will be via B462 Hartspring Lane and A41 (Elton Way/Tylers Way).
2. thatlength of Chester Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Balmoral Drive northwards and north westwards to its junction with Manor Way, adistance of approximately 626 metres.

An alternative route will be via Balmoral Drive, Kenilworth Drive and Manor Way.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 2January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the
restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of
9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF KIMPTON PLACE, WATFORD)ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Kimpton Place, Watford from its junction withGarstonLane north eastwardsand north westwards to its junction with Cuffley Avenue ("theRoad"), adistance of approximately 143 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Garston Lane and Cuffley Avenue.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing water mains are proposed to be executed on or near
the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 3January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the
restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. thatlength of Clarendon Road/High Street, Watford from its junction with A411 Beechen Grove south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Market Street, adistance of approximately 270 metres.

An alternative route will be via A411 Beechen Grove, Water Lane and High Street.
2. thatlength of High Street, Watford from its junction with King Street north westwards to its junction with Market Street, adistance of approximately 245 metres.

An alternative route will be via King Street, A411 (Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), Clarendon Road and High Street. The Order is needed because highway improvement works together with works associated with the 'Charter Place' development site are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 2January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the timesindicated by signs on or near the Roads. NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. thatlength of Charlock Way, Watford from its junctions with A4145 Tolpits Lane south eastwards, south westwards, north eastwards and south eastwards for its entire length.

An alternative route will be via A4145 Tolpits Lane, Scammell Way, Vicarage Road and High View.
2. the road leading to 'ChauncyHouse', Watfordfromits junction with Croxley View south westwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. the road leading to 'Cussans House', Watford from its junction with Croxley View south westwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. the road leading to 'Colborne House', Watford from its junction with Croxley View south westwards for its entire length.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Prestwick Road, South Oxhey from its junction with Oxhey Drive north westwards to its junction with Fairfield Avenue ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 200 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Oxhey Drive, B4542 Prestwick Road and Fairfield Avenue.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. thatlengthofValley Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with BerryLanenorth eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with The Drive, adistance of approximately 1516 metres.

An alternative route will be via BerryLane, Dog Kennel Lane, A404 (Rickmansworth Road/ Chorleywood Road) and Valley Road.
2. thatlength of Lancing Way, Croxley Green from its southernmost junction with Malvern Waynorth eastwards to its junction with Baldwins Lane, adistance of approximately 227 metres.

An alternative route will be via Malvern Way, Barton Way, Sherborne Way, Repton Wayand Baldwins Lane.
3. thatlength of Brook Road, Borehamwood from its junction with the Gateshead Road/ Leeming Road roundabout south eastwards to its junction with Grove Road, adistanceofapproximately 308 metres.

An alternative route will be via Gateshead Road and Grove Road.
4. thatlengthof Drayton Road, Borehamwood from its junction with B5378 Shenley Road south eastwards to its junction with Goldfinch Way, adistanceof approximately 222 metres.

An alternative route will be via B5378 Shenley Road, Furzehill Road, BrownlowRoad and Drayton Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed onornear theRoads. Ifthe Order ismade, it shall come into force on 1January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Orphanage Road, Watford from its junction with the Reeds Crescent roundabout south westwards for adistance of approximately 128 metres ("the Road").
An alternative southbound route will be via Orphanage Road, Radlett Road, Colonial Way, A4008 Stephenson Way,
A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 St Albans Road, Station Road and Woodford Road
An alternative northbound route will be via Woodford Road, Station Road, A412 St Albans Road, A411Beechen
Grove, A4008 Stephenson Way, Colonial Way, Radlett Road and Orphanage Road.
The Order is needed because bridge inspection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the
restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Norfolk Road, Rickmansworth from its
junction with Church Street north eastwards and south eastwards for its entire length ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Church Street, Skidmore Wayand Waters Drive.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 January2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the
restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (LONDON ROAD, BUSHEY) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in Bushey as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 18 December 2017.

SCHEDULE: No waiting at anytime-those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of London Road in the vicinity of the entrance to Bushey Health Centre.
