THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF CLARENDON ROAD/HIGH STREET, WATFORD) ORDER 2018

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Clarendon Road/High Street, Watford from its junction with A411 Beechen Grove south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Market Street ("the length of Roads"), adistance of approximately 270 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via A411 Beechen Grove and High Street.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 29 January2 018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the length of Roads. Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bankand public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS AND PUBLIC FOOTPATHS IN WATFORD, LANGLEYBURY, CHANDLERS CROSS, SARRATT AND ABBOTS LANGLEY DURING THE 'WATFORD HALF MARATHON') ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic and pedestrians from using the following lengths of roads and public footpaths, except for access:-

1. thatlength of Parkside Drive, Watford from its junction with CassioburyDrive north westwards to its junction with Langley Way, adistance of approximately 1100 metres.

2. thatlength of CassioburyDrive, Watford from its junction with Parkside Drive north westwards and northwards for its entire length.

3. the CassioburyDrive/Langley Wayroundabout, Watford from its southernmost junction with CassioburyDrive clockwise for its entire length.

4. thatlength of Langley Way, Watford from its junction with Parkside Drive north eastwards to its junction with Bellmount Wood Avenue, adistance of approximately 220 metres.

5. thatlength of Bellmount Wood Avenue, Watford from its junction with Langley Waynorth westwards, northwards and north eastwards to its junction with CassioburyDrive, adistance of approximately 440 metres.

6. thatlength of Glen Way, Watford from its junction with StanburyAvenue southwards for its entire length.

7. thatlength of StanbuiyAvenue, Watford from its junction with Glen Waynorth westwards to its junction with BeechparkWay, adistance of approximately 250 metres.

8. thatlength of Beechpark Way, Watford from its junction with StanburyAvenue north westwards to its junction with Grove Mill Lane, adistance of approximately 145 metres.

9. thatlength of Grove Mill Lane, Watfordfromits junction with Beechpark Waysouth westwards, westwards and northwards to its junction with FirTree Hill, adistance of approximately 1900 metres.

10.thatlength of LangleyburyLane, Langleyburyfrom its junction with FirTree Hill north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Old House Lane, adistance of approximately 1130 metres. 11. thatlength of FirTree Hill, Chandlers Cross from its junction with LangleyburyLane south westwards,
southwards and south westwards to its junction with Redhall Lane, adistance of approximately 1192 metres. 12.thatlength of Redhall Lane, Chandlers Cross from its junction with FirTree Hill westwards to its junction with Chandlers Lane, adistance of approximately 55 metres. 13.thatlength of Chandlers Lane, Chandlers Cross from its junction with Redhall Lane north westwards to its junction with Toms Hill, adistance of approximately 850 metres.

14. thatlength of Toms Hill, Chandlers Cross from its junction with Chandlers Lane north westwards to its junction with Bucks Hill, adistance of approximately 330 metres.

15. thatlength of Deadmans Ash Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Bottom Lane south westwards for adistance of approximately 280 metres.

16. thatlength of Bottom Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Deadmans Ash Lane north westwards and westwards to its easternmost junction with Commonwood, adistance of approximately 310 metres.

17. thatlength of Commonwood, Sarratt from its easternmost junction with Bottom Lane northwards to its junction with Quickmoor Lane, adistance of approximately 720 metres.

18. thatlength of Quickmoor Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Commonwood eastwards to its junction with Bucks Hill, adistance of approximately 484 metres.

19. thatlength of Bucks Hill, Sarratt from its junction with Quickmoor Lane southwards and south eastwards to its junction with Old House Lane, adistance of approximately 1380 metres.

20. thatlength of Old House Lane, Abbots Langley from its junction with Bucks Hill north eastwards and eastwards to its junction with LangleyburyLane, adistance of approximately 1700 metres.

21. thatlength of Watford Borough Footpath No.72 from its junction with CassioburyDrive northwards to its junction with Glen Way, adistance of approximately 166 metres.

22. thatlength of Sarratt Public Footpath No.13 from its junction with the eastern access road leading to 'Newell Farm' north westwards, westwards and north westwards to its junction with Deadmans Ash Lane, adistance of approximately 1200 metres.
 
There are no alternative routes available for vehicles for the duration of the event. However vehicular access to properties in these roads will be maintained whenever possible. The lengths of roads will be closed on Sunday 4February2018, when signs are in place. The purpose of the Order is to ensure public safety and prevent accidents for the duration of the 'Watford Half Marathon'.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN ABBOTS LANGLEY AND CROXLEY GREEN) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. thatlength of Furtherfield, Abbots Langley from apoint 394 metres north west of its junction with South Way northwards, north westwards, south westwards and north eastwards for adistance of approximately 390 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

2. thatlength of De Havilland Way, Abbots Langley from its junction with Furtherfield south eastwards, south westwards and north eastwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

3. thatlength of Kenilworth Drive, Croxley Green from its junction with Durrants Drive north westwards to its junction with Manor Way, adistance of approximately 718 metres. An alternative route will be via Durrants Drive, Baldwins Lane and Manor Way. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 February 2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bankand public holidays).

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

1. thatlength of Temple Close, Watfordfrom its junction with The Gardens north westwards for adistance of approximately 114 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

2. thatlengthof Cottage Close, Watfordfrom its junction with Temple Close north westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN THE A411 BEECHEN GROVE/A412 ST ALBANS ROAD ROUNDABOUT, WATFORD) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14[1] of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, to prohibit alltraffic from using theA411Beechen Grove/A412 St AlbansRoad roundabout, Watford from its junction with the A412 northboundslip roadleading onto thenorthboundcarriageway of A412 St Albans Road clockwise foradistanceof approximately40metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, the A412 St Albans Road/A41 North Western Avenue roundabout and A412 St Albans Road. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 12 February2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the
restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HILFIELD LANE, BUSHEY) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Hilfield Lane, Bushey from its junction with Pegmire Lane south eastwards to its junction with Summerhouse Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 285 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Hilfield Lane, B462 Hartspring Lane, A41 Elton Way, SandyLane and Hilfield Lane. The Order is needed because foul water connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 12 February2018 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. Acopy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bankand public holidays).

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATHS BUSHEY 6,7&14 7&14
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has extended, with consent of the Secretary of State, the Order which was made under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. To prohibit pedestrians from using thatlengthofFootpaths Bushey 6,7&14, from Hilfield Lane to M1 and Hilfield Lane to the Mobile Home Park, for an approximate distance of 165,60 and 100 metres. Alternative route: No appropriate alternative route The purpose of the Order is to enable development works to take place. The section of Footpaths will continue to be closed for up to 6months until 30th July 2018 or completion of the works whichever is sooner.
