Proposed development at 188-200 Bowes Road, London, N11 2JG Take notice that application Is being made by: Noting Hill Home Ownership

For planning permission for the following development "Hybrid

planning application for the phased development of 188-200 Bowes

Road to deliver a residential-led mixed use development. The detailed

element (Phase 1) comprises 47 residential units in two blocks

reaching 4 and 7 storeys in height, and 351 sq.m of commercial

space (A1/A2/A3/B1). The outiine element (Phase 2) comprises

up to 39 residential units in buildings ranging in height from 3 to 6

storeys, up to 175 sq.m of non-residential space (A1/A3/B1/D1),

with all matters reserved aside from access."
