SECTION 14(1 )(a) ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS -CANONS DRIVE THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Management order under the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991. This is to facilitate filming.
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Management order under the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
This is to facilitate filming.
1. This order may be cited as The Harrow (Orchard Close, Rose Garden Close & Canons Drive) Temporary Traffic Order 2018, and would be operational from 00:00hrs on 19th March 2018 and would remain in effect until 20th April 2018 or until the completion of the works, whichever is sooner. It is anticipated that all of the work should be complete by 20th March 2018.
2. No person would cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load at any time, when signs are in place on;

a) Orchard Close, the west side, between a point 8.90 metres south of the extended southern kerb-line of Canons Drive and a point 48.57 metres south of that point;

b) Rose Garden Close, between a point opposite the southern wall of No.1 Rose Garden Close and a point opposite the southern wall of No.8 Rose Garden Close;

c) Dukes Avenue, the east side, between a point opposite the extended northern kerb-line of Canons Drive and a point opposite the southern boundary of No. 2 Dukes Avenue;

d) Chestnut Avenue, the east side, between a point opposite the extended southern kerb-line of Canons Drive and a point 51.00 metres south of that point;

e) Handel Close, the east side, between a point opposite the extended southern kerb-line of Canons Drive and a point 65.96 metres south of that point;

0 Lake View, the east side, between a point opposite the extended northern kerb-line of Canons Drive and a point 43.12 metres north-east of that point;
g) Canons Drive;
(i) the south side, between a point opposite the eastern boundary of No. 55 Canons Drive and a point opposite the extended south-eastern kerb-line of Canons Close;

(ii) the north side, between a point opposite the western boundary of No. 80 Canons Drive and a point opposite the extended south-eastern kerb-line of Canons Close.

3. No person would cause or permit any vehicle to load at any time, when signs are in place on;

a) Orchard Close, the east side between a point opposite the extended southern kerb-line of Canons Drive and a point 56.50 metres south of that point;

b) Rose Garden Close, between a point opposite the extended southern kerb-line of Canons Drive and the southern boundary of Nos. 1 /8 Rose Garden Close.

4. Nothing in paragraph 2 above would apply to:-

(a) any vehicles being used for ambulance, fire brigade or police purposes in an emergency;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer;

(c) any person who causes any vehicle to proceed in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed pursuant to Section 66 or Section 67 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984;

(d) any vehicles used in connection with the filming.

5. The provisions of the order would not have effect unless all the signs in accordance with the provisions of the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 are displayed, removed or covered, or unless at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.
