18/1073/MPO/SR: 37 Bucks Avenue, Watford, WD 19 4AR. Application to modify a planning obligation dated 16/03/2018 to amend the wording on schedule 3 parts 1.6 and 1.62 in respect of affordable housing pursuant to planning application 17/1260/FUL for Redevelopment of site to provide 27 dwellings comprising: lxl bed and 4x2 bed apartments; 14 x 3 bed and 8x4 bed houses with associated parking, informal play area and open space, all to be served by modifying the existing access from Bucks Avenue/Sherwood Road. Reason: Major Development.
18/1008/FUL/SR: 33A - 33B Park Road, Bushey, WD23 3EE. Part single, part two storey side extension and internal reconfiguration to create 1 x 1 bed & 2 x 2 bed self-contained flats. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood Offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
