1) Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 6 no. two storey dwellings comprising two detached dwellings and 4no. semi detached dwellings. Associated access road, car parking and landscaping (amended plan and description) (17/3949/FUL)

2) Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 8 no. 2 storey dwellings, comprising of 2 no detached dwellinghouses and 6 semi detached dwellinghouses. Associated access road, garaging, car parking and landscaping. Amended description and plan (17/4364/ FUL)

3) Erection of 4no, two storey, semi detached dwellings following demolition of 48 Chestnut Grove. Associated amenity area, new access/access road, parking, cycle storage, waste and recycling bin storage and landscaping (18/0867/FUL)

is appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision of the Council to refuse planning permission.
